Return Eligibility

How to Request a Return

Please do not send products to an unconfirmed return address.

Refund Process

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to display the funds.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in an applicable promotion.

Exchanges

If you need a different product or replacement, please contact us before returning the original item. Exchange availability depends on inventory and product eligibility.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return policy may apply.
